Clos de la Roche offers floral aromas (rose, violet), along with notes of sweet spices (cinnamon), and the palate reveals very silky tannins and an attractive richness. This wine goes well with game birds and duck dishes.

Rewarded in 2000 with the Most promising young winemaker in Burgundy award by the Revue des Vins de France, Olivier Guyot grows his grapes according to the principals of sustainable farming since 1998.
