Wine Donation Policy

At United Cellars, we are proud to support our community and charitable causes through occasional wine donations. We receive a high volume of donation requests and appreciate the important work many organizations do. To ensure fairness and manage these requests effectively, we have established the following donation policy.

Eligibility and Guidelines

Who Can Apply:

We support registered non-profit organizations with valid documentation (such as an ABN for Australian entities). Priority is given to local community charities and causes aligned with our values.

How to Request:

All donation requests must be submitted in writing via our official online donation request form. Please include your organization’s name, contact details, event date, purpose of the request, and specific donation needs. We do not accept requests by phone or in person.

Timing:

Requests should be submitted at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event to allow for consideration.

Donation Limits:

Donations typically consist of 2 to 6 bottles of wine or a gift certificate for a tasting experience. For larger events, we may offer special pricing rather than donations.

Collection:

Donations must be collected from our premises. Shipping can be arranged at the recipient’s expense if necessary.

Restrictions:

  - We do not provide monetary donations.  

  - Donations are not available for schools, churches, sports teams, political campaigns, or employee appreciation events without prior approval.  

  - Each organization is eligible for one donation per calendar year.

Acknowledgment:

We kindly ask that our donation be acknowledged in any promotional materials where our wine is featured or served.

Review Process

All requests are reviewed monthly by our donation committee. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval, and we appreciate your understanding.
