      Tasting Notes

Appearance: A luminous golden colour with brilliant reflections, this wine exudes a rich and inviting glow, reminiscent of honey and sunshine.

Nose: The nose is intensely aromatic, offering a dazzling bouquet of floral and fruity notes. Fresh white blossoms like orange blossom and jasmine are intertwined with ripe tropical fruits such as mango, lychee, and pineapple. Layers of apricot preserves, honeycomb, and candied citrus zest add depth, while subtle herbal undertones of mint and thyme lend a refreshing complexity.

Palate: On the palate, the wine is opulently sweet yet perfectly balanced by a vibrant acidity that keeps it lively and elegant. Flavours of juicy peach, apricot, and golden raisins dominate, supported by hints of marmalade, lemon curd, and a touch of quince paste. A silky texture adds a luxurious mouthfeel, while delicate floral and spicy notes—lavender, saffron, and vanilla—enhance the wine’s complexity.

Finish: The finish is long and luscious, with lingering impressions of candied orange peel, ripe stone fruits, and a faint minerality. A gentle herbal freshness persists, leaving the palate clean and inviting another sip.

Overall: Domaine de Coyeaux Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise NV is a stunning dessert wine that showcases the elegance and richness of Muscat grapes. Perfect as an accompaniment to fruit tarts, crème brûlée, or blue cheeses like Roquefort, it also shines as a decadent treat on its own. Its balance of sweetness, acidity, and aromatic complexity makes it an unforgettable experience.
