Emmanuel is a passionate man about his craft. In 1997, he became a first generation Champagne grower.

Emmanuel Brochet hails from the Villers-aux-Noeuds village south of the city of Reims. He farms 2.5 hectares of vines, all located in a single parcel, and planted with all three major varieties with the oldest vines dating back to 1962.

      A late release from Emmanuel Brochet, this comes from the significant 2008 vintage and was disgorged in October 2021 with dosage of 2g/L. Assemblage is 60% Pinot Noir, 23% Pinot Meunier, and 15% Chardonnay. Expect a full, rich, and gastronomic expression capturing all the power from the vintage. Production was 4000 bottles.

      The wine presents a clear, pale yellow lemon color with fine bubbles. It reveals aromas of green apple, citrus lime, brioche, and white flowers on the nose, while on the palate, it exhibits high acidity and flavors of green apple, citrus, and chalky minerality, ending in a long finish.
