Domaine Fourrier owns some of the finest plots in Gevrey-Chambertin, with many located in top premier and grand cru sites.

A family-owned estate with a rich history dating back to the 1930s. Today, it is expertly led by Jean-Marie Fourrier, who took over in 1994 after training under the legendary Henri Jayer. Known for his minimalist approach, Jean-Marie emphasizes natural balance and terroir expression.

The grapes for this wine come from old vines around Gevrey-Chambertin, renowned for their naturally low yields and concentrated flavour profiles. These mature vineyards add depth and complexity, delivering a regional Burgundy with notable elegance and structure.
