818 Tequila Blanco is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave at the family-owned NOM 1607 distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for over 30 hours — a longer cook than many commercial producers use — before being crushed by a stone Tahona wheel to extract the sweet agave juice. The juice is naturally fermented in open tanks for over 40 hours, then double-distilled in copper alembic pot stills. As a Blanco, the spirit is bottled unaged or with minimal resting — expressing the fresh, raw character of Blue Weber Agave from the Jalisco Highlands, with herbal, floral, and citrus notes alongside the sweet roasted agave character produced by stone oven cooking. Bottled at 40% ABV.
