The 105 hectares estate in a single block around the chateau, built in 1870, it has been owned by the Lesgourgues family for three generations. Today, Denis, assisted by his sister, Jeanne, and brother, Arnaud, continue their family’s constant striving for excellence, with the aim of producing the most outstanding Armagnacs. Appearance: Golden amber. Nose: Aromas of ripe plum, raisin, and a whisper of vanilla. Palate: Smooth and expressive, with notes of candied fruits and a hint of nutmeg. Finish: Gentle and persistent, echoing sweet spice and orchard fruit. Overall: A rounded, fruit-driven vintage that’s approachable yet complex.
