    Domaine Geantet Pansiot

Founded in 1954, this 32 acre vineyard in Gevrey-Chambertin is 15km south of Dijon in Côte-d'Or Bourgogne. Currently run by Vincent Géantet, a third-generation winemaker, the winery is producing wines that have been celebrated by Burgundy lovers throughout the world.

The diversity of plots used by Vincent naturally leads to diversity of wines. The winemakers at Domaine Geantet Pansiot listen to the land and use sustainable farming to create the purest possible expression of terroir.

The winery's grapes are meticulously sorted then fermented with carbonic maceration. The wines are then bottled after 13 months of ageing, without racking, fining or filtration.
