Description
This Perle Noire Grand Cru Champagne from Maison SOUTIRAN is made exclusively from Pinot Noir, 26% of which is reserve wine and 12% of which is vinified in oak barrels. It's a superb Blanc de Noirs, Grand Cru champagne of fine vinosity.
After having spent between 36 and 48 months in the cellar, the nose is fruity, and opens with figs, prunes, and exotic pineapple. The mouth is dense and velvety. The greediness of the fruitiness leaves the beautiful part to a very present minerality. It has a remarkable freshness and length in the mouth for a blanc de noirs. A champagne of great nobility, smooth and full of fruit.
This gastronomic champagne is perfect now, but can also be kept for 3 years.
To be served chilled, this Perle Noire from SOUTIRAN is an invitation to the pleasure of the table ! Its personality makes it a superb accompaniment to risottos, white meats and the finest cheeses. Pair it with a Brie de Meaux, superb!
