Description
Two years of research and development were needed to get back to the essential: a 100% paper and entirely recyclable case, moulded to the shape of the bottle. This case is 9 times lighter than its predecessor and produced without incurring any airfreight, resulting in a 60% reduction in its carbon impact. A pioneer in the champagne trade, the Ruinart House has stood out due to its unique know-how and history. At first very intense on the nose, with fresh fruit notes, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A supple, harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Vinosity that is not excessive, supported by excellent freshness. Notes of nectarines, citrus fruits with a pleasant mineral quality in the finish. Long, very refreshing finish. A vibrant, clear yellow colour with golden reflections. Good brilliance with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam.
