    • Description

A fine mix of Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. A soft and balanced Cognac with a nice floral bouquet, with notes of almond and plum.

"Since 1872 five generations have contributed to the elaboration of the prestigious Cognac NORMANDIN-MERCIER. Coming from the best vineyards of Grande and Petite Champagne, our Cognacs are selected with the utmost stringency, and then matured in our traditional cellars near La Rochelle. The proximity of the ocean regulates the thermal fluctuations and gives them roundness and distinction.

From the rigorous selection of the grapes during each step of turning grapes into cognac: original growth, quality of the grapes, quality of the wine, perfection of the distillation, quality of the barrels, the ageing process, and the work in the cellars, every Cognac Normandin-Mercier is UNIQUE. This work, coming from long experience, allows the NORMANDIN-MERCIER cognac house to retain and master the quality of its COGNACS."

    Cognac Normandin-Mercier

Concentrating solely on cognacs produced from both the Petite and Grande Champagne, Cognac J Normandin-Mercier is based in the beautiful surroundings of Chateau de la Peraudiere. The brand remains faithful to its century old traditions to create cognacs that range from a VSOP upwards, along with a selection of Pineau de Charentes. This family run cognac house is today headed by Edouard, Jean-Marie and Audrey Normandin, who together strive to ensure their products are created with the personal touch and expertise for which the brand has become known for.
