There are wine events, and then there are moments of vinous pilgrimage. This is the latter.

United Cellars is proud to host a truly exceptional evening dedicated to the legendary Domaine Armand Rousseau, one of the most revered names in Burgundy. Held in the exclusive private dining room at Avalon Perth, this event brings together a carefully curated flight of Rousseau’s greatest expressions, spanning premier cru to grand cru, from celebrated vintages and hallowed vineyards.

Rousseau is a domaine that commands reverence not through opulence, but through purity, precision and an unwavering connection to place. These are wines that whisper rather than shout, with haunting aromatics, seamless texture and age-worn elegance that only time, terroir and talent can produce.

What to expect:
Guests will embark on a rare journey through Gevrey Chambertin’s most esteemed crus, including Clos de Beze, Chambertin, Clos Saint Jacques and Ruchottes Chambertin, presented across a spread of classic vintages. Each wine will be paired with a bespoke multi-course menu crafted to complement their subtlety and structure. Expect thoughtful commentary, intimate conversation and a sensory experience unlike any other.

The event refund policy will be updated approximately every 6 months. and is subject to change with 7 days notice.

All event tickets are sold on the basis of the following terms and conditions.

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the event; a full refund or credit available.
• Cancellations less than 7 days notice prior to the event; refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
• In the circumstance that an event is canceled due to government-imposed restrictions, a full refund or credit will be given, where possible.
• Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): As these are limited ticket events, cancellation more than 14 days, a full refund or credit is available.
• Premium Events ($400 + per ticket): cancellation less than 14 days, refunds or credits will only be given if we are able to re-sell the tickets. In the event we are unable to re sell tickets then it will result in a forfeit of the ticket value.
• United Cellars requests all clients attending the event to provide full contact details, including dietary requirements.
