Description
Cross Keys Gin - 41% ABV (700ml)
Herbaceous, spicy, and unmistakably Baltic - a bold, aromatic gin inspired by the forests and folklore of Latvia.Crafted in Riga and named after the symbolic “crossed keys” of the region's history, Cross Keys Gin brings a distinct sense of place to the glass. It leans into local flavour with a base of traditional gin botanicals - juniper, coriander, and citrus - layered with Latvian rosemary, chamomile, and linden blossom. The result is bold, aromatic, and just a little wild.
On the nose, you get crisp pine, peppery herbs, and dried citrus peel. The palate is dry and structured, with notes of juniper, warming spice, and a floral-meets-earthy lift from the local botanicals. The finish is long and slightly bitter, with a satisfying herbal snap that lingers.
Packaged in its signature black ceramic bottle, it's a bartender's favourite for good reason. Serve it in a G&T with a rosemary sprig or grapefruit wedge, or mix into a Martinez or Red Snapper where those bold aromatics can really sing. A gin that brings the Baltic chill - and charm.
