This is not just gin – this is the welcome drink at a garden party where someone has made perfect cucumber sandwiches and the playlist is all vintage French pop. A medley of garden-grown botanicals infused into a low-alcohol gin base, this is easy, breezy, and absurdly charming.

The nose is a botanical bouquet: fresh-cut herbs, citrus peel, cucumber rind, elderflower, and soft lavender. There is a leafy, almost tea-like quality to it – like walking through a sun-warmed greenhouse in full bloom.

On the palate, it is light but vivid: lemon verbena, coriander seed, green apple, and a little bergamot – like someone made a G&T out of a herb garden. There is enough juniper to keep it grounded, but this is a gin that skips the structure and goes straight for the joy.

Mid-palate flirts with floral – jasmine, chamomile, and a hint of mint – before the citrus and garden herbals return to clean things up.

The finish is crisp, clean, and cooling, with a soft herbal echo. Serve it in a tall glass with tonic and a cucumber ribbon, or mix it with sparkling wine, lemon juice, and a sprig of thyme for a lazy-day spritz.
