Bream Creek Wines was one of the first vineyards planted in Tasmania in the early 1970s and it has been at the forefront of the local industry since then. Owner Fred Peacock is one of Tasmania’s most experienced viticulturists, appointed as the state’s first viticultural officer in the early 1980s where he was involved in drafting the technical requirements for Australia’s first wine appellation scheme in Tasmania. Fred lives and breathes Tasmanian wine and this shows in each bottle. Over the past 25 years, Bream Creek Wines have been consistent award winners, helping to showcase cool-climate Tasmanian wines to Australia and the rest of the world.
