The Gael represents the revival of Irish Whiskey Bonding. To create The Gael, J.J. Corry hand-selected casks from its curated library of flavours, and blended some of the oldest and rarest Irish Whiskeys in existence. The Gael is comprised of a vatting of 2002 and 2006 single malt casks with a 1991 ex-sherry cask top dressing, which was then meticulously blended with 2009, 2010 and 2016 single grain casks.
