    • Description

A luscious and aromatic dessert wine, the nose is expressive of baked apple laced with brown sugar, quince paste, rosewater and the floral lift of bergamot tea.

The rich palate is remarkably balanced, sweetness concentrated at the front with green apple lift mid-palate. Textural phenolics lend a subtle grip, creating a crunchy mouthfeel and clean finish.

The cane cut riesling is an excellent complement to various food dishes, including foie gras, blue cheese, and desserts, without being overpowering. It pairs perfectly with desserts such as pineapple tart tatin and strudel, as well as stronger blue vein cheeses like roquefort.
