Description
This is Steve Pannell’s take on dry rosé - light, crisp, and made for the way we eat and drink. It’s mostly Grenache from McLaren Vale, picked early and handled gently to keep things fresh and bright. No bells and whistles, just a clean, dry, quietly moreish wine with a bit of texture and savoury lift.
It’s pale in the glass, but there’s plenty going on underneath - red fruit, a bit of spice, maybe a twist of citrus peel. The finish is dry, with enough grip to hold up to food, though it’s just as easy to enjoy on its own.
