Light, bright, and deep pink all at the same time — just gorgeous. Playful aromatics give us a luscious fruit salad; strawberry, red cherries, pomegranate and watermelon - with a nice little scoop of lychee sherbet on top. Gosh, it is such a lively little number – clean and fresh with vibrant flavours and a hint of fruit sweetness. raspberries-and-cream, red liquorice, ripe cherries, watermelon, hibiscus and a lovely smidge of feijoa in the mix. Crunchy acids and subtle dryness carry the long flavours, becoming a delectable combination of succulent, refreshing and moreish.

    West Cape Howe Wines

West Cape Howe was founded in 1997 and soon became one of the most popular wine brands in Western Australia. Over time it has acquired some of the oldest vineyard resources in the state, giving it unequalled access to the best and most consistent quality fruit that the cool Great Southern wine region has to offer.

The West Cape Howe Winery is situated on the undulating, historical and picturesque property of Langton on Muir Highway, Mount Barker, and was purchased from Goundrey in 2009.

This state-of-the-art winery is a world-class facility, importantly located in Mount Barker, the premier fruit source location for West Cape Howe. As for the grapes themselves, the West Cape Howe Langton Vineyard in Mount Barker consistently produces the highest quality fruit, resulting in wines of harmony, balance, structure and flavour.

Established in 1978, the Langton Vineyard has some of the most mature vines in the Great Southern. It includes:
    - Riesling Block 6 (4 Ha) Fruit from this block has now produced three Wine Show Trophies
    - Cabernet Sauvignon Block 1 (1.8 Ha)
    - Shiraz Block 5 (3.5 Ha)

Premium wine can only come from excellent fruit and it is for this reason our winemakers dedicate many months leading up to vintage, visiting and monitoring vineyards throughout the Great Southern wine region - ensuring that only the best parcels of fruit are selected and picked for the West Cape Howe range of wines.
