    • Description

360° Loire Sauvignon Blanc is made by the highly regarded and fully certified sustainable grower co-operative, Les Caves de La Loire. Grown in vineyards along the Loire River Valley, the beauty of which is recognized as World Heritage location by UNESCO.

The 360° Loire Sauvignon from the wine-growing region the Val de Loire presents itself in the glass in bright light yellow. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World presents wonderfully expressive aromas of grapefruit and honeydew melon, rounded off by sage, green bell pepper and green grass.

This French wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 4.7 grams of residual sugar. As one might expect from a wine in the upper price range, this French wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Taste does not necessarily need residual sugar. Balanced and multifaceted, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the 360° Loire Sauvignon flatters with a soft mouthfeel, without at the same time lacking in juicy liveliness. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Val de Loire finally captivates with good reverberation.

Vinification of the Loire Properties 360° Loire Sauvignon

The basis for the balanced 360° Loire Sauvignon from the Val de Loire are grapes from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the 360° Loire Sauvignon can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
