    • Description

Ripe plums, red fruits, licorice, and cedar oak tones dominate the nose. Densely layered with a long finish, the palate combines dark chocolate, black olive, a hint of truffle, and fine French oak all intertwined.

Winemaking: A single vineyard wine from the Woodberry vineyard. Hand-picked, hand plunged, and basket pressed, it finished its primary fermentation in seasoned French oak hogsheads before bottling unfined and unfiltered eighteen months later.
It may be enjoyed young but will reward further cellaring of fifteen years plus.
