    • Description

Pinot Grigio was planted for our family matriarch, Tarquina known affectionately as Queenie a native of Fruili, Italy where Pinot Grigio is widely planted. The Pinot Grigio blocks are on multiple slopes with original (D1V7) and new cultivars (ENTAV 457) building layers of spice and interest. Crushed, chilled and pressed oxidatively in the traditional fashion with cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the varietal characteristics. Australia’s favourite and possibly most awarded Pinot Grigio, winning over 40 awards in the last decade.
