Vibrant Oak is the more robust sibling in the Harmony Collection — grounded in the richness of wood, spice, and orchard fruit. It’s bold, textured, and wrapped in sustainable packaging that nods to nature without sacrificing style.
The nose is immediately vivid: toasted oak shavings, ripe apple, cinnamon stick, and caramelised pear. There’s nutmeg, clove, and the unmistakable aroma of warm vanilla layered over honeycomb and spiced bread.
The palate opens full and structured. Oak-driven spice leads — think cinnamon, ginger, and allspice — before easing into baked apple, roasted walnut, and a hint of dark honey. It’s warming, rounded, and very much alive.
Mid-palate brings a richer weight: orange zest, almond cake, and a faint wisp of charred wood. The Sherry influence lingers subtly — never sweet, always deep.
