Brave New Spirits, winner of Best Independent Bottler 2026 at the World Whisky Awards, are the caretakers and curators of one of the most impressive selection of casks in all of Scotland, with whiskies from a wide range of distilleries, aging quietly in an impressively wide range of cask types.

The Cask Masters range represents the rarest and most exciting Single Cask whiskies on the market, each bottled un-chillfiltered and without the use of artificial colours.

The Golden Proof collection is bottled at a more comfortable strength, allowing both the flavour of the whisky, and the barrel to shine.

This Auchriosk was aged in a Saint-Estèphe Red Wine Barrique, which previously held a Bordeaux Cabernet Blend.  After 14 Years, an exceptional amount of flavour has developed, both the nutty, orchard fruit flavours of Auchroisk, and the the earthy spice, and apple-skin notes from the cask.

On the nose: Orchard fruits, floral, cedar smoke and a subtle earthiness from Bordeaux

On the palate: Apple strudel dusted with cinnamon, white pepper, drying after a warm and fruity start.

On the finish: Long, elegant, dry.
