Description
The chenin that makes up this cuvée comes from a soil rich in clay, flint and tufa. Harvested manually, the must fermented naturally in barrels of one, two and three wines. The wine was then aged for one year and in the same containers and thus delivers complex notes of white fruits, white flowers and sweet spices. The smooth palate is carried by the same flavors and, above all, by a striking minerality which gives it length and delicacy.
