    • Description

Located on limestone soils from the Upper Jurassic Kimmeridgian and Portlandian eras, in the communes of Chablis, Préhy and Villy. This type of soil is defined by alternating layers of very compact, very hard limestone and softer clayey marl, containing fossilised marine organisms.

The soil is cultivated according to a policy of integrated farming, in which we avoid the use of polluting weedkillers in favour of mechanical cultivation of the soil, such as ploughing.

A wine with a nose of citrus fruit and candied fruit, with a discreet, elegant entry on the palate. A wine with good length and a liquorice finish. This fruity Chablis is excellent as an aperitif, and also goes wonderfully with seafood, snails and cold meats.
