The grapes are picked from the lone block of Shiraz at a ripeness that ensures a balance of generosity and subtle restraint. Enticing flavour aromas of berry and earthiness lead to a juicy fleshy palate and fine-meshed tannin. A wholehearted Shiraz that can be cellared for five or more years or enjoyed now.
