Independent Bottler of the Year Brave New Spirits has created a series of Single Malts (and blends!) that aim to bring whisky fans something bold & flavourful with each new release. Every bottle is small-batch or single cask, aged in either ex-Bourbon or ex-Sherry barrels.
The Phantom of the Clock Tower references the musical tower atop the Tormore distillery in the heart of Scotland's Speyside region, which rings out every 15 minutes.. When the distillery staff don't have it silenced.
This single cask Tormore has been aged 15 Years, one for each minute between the striking of the bells, aged in an ex-Bourbon cask for a whisky that is suave and honeyed, carrying echoes of flavour across the palate.
