Every bottle is small-batch or single cask, aged in either ex-Bourbon or ex-Sherry barrels.
Caol Ila is a distillery known for its heathery, smoky flavours, and the Widow's Cove is all that and more. Aged 11 years in a first fill Fino Sherry cask, and bottled at 50.4%, this single cask expression is perfect for fans of a good Islay dram.
