However, the modern era for the estate begins in the year 2000 when Thierry Valette purchased the estate. The 15.5 hectare Right Bank vineyard of Clos Puy Arnaud is planted to 65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
