Description
Genre: South Australian Harmony - Dust, Oak, and Salted Caramel Dreams
This whisky was born between two worlds: red dirt and restless surf. One half inland - hot, dusty, sun-bleached. The other half coastal - wind-lashed, sea-salted, softened by the tide. Country to Coast is their meeting point. A handshake. A marriage. A journey in a bottle.
Its aroma is sun on grain, warmth off stone, the sweetness of summer fruit left to ripen on the vine. And yet - just beneath - a sea breeze threads through, bringing salt and minerality, hinting at the shore.
Sipped, it unfolds in layers: roasted hazelnut, burnt citrus, toffee and malt. Oak shows up dressed in structure, never in splinters. There's balance here - like a tightrope stretched between two landscapes, with malt walking it fearlessly.
This is a whisky that doesn’t choose sides. It honours both its parents. It's what happens when the outback shakes hands with the ocean - and both come away changed.
