Description
Genre: Cask-Crafted Mayhem — Rich, Raucous, and Unruly in All the Right Ways
Never A Dull Moment is the distillery’s liquid grin — a riot of cask types blended into a whisky that defies calm. It’s high-octane, full-flavoured, and alive with contradiction: spice and syrup, fruit and fire, malt and mischief.
Nose: cherry cola, sultana, cinnamon bark, orange peel, vanilla pod, and molasses. There’s also a twist of funk — a nod to wild fermentation and mad genius.
Palate: huge entry. Plum jam, maple, burnt sugar, and toasted oak explode, followed by cracked black pepper and spiced citrus.
Mid-palate swings into darker tones: liquorice, balsamic glaze, fig, and scorched caramel. The cask mix is vivid — perhaps sherry, bourbon, and something a little rogue. It works.
Finish: long, wild, and warming. Sweet char, brown spice, and a boozy raisin trail that keeps the story going. A whisky for late-night storytelling and creative fire.
