    • Description

Gold color, white reflection, the tears are very present which makes us think of a fat and unctuous wine. On the nose, a fruit of a beautiful maturity with notes of quince and a hint of empyreumatic which reminds us of its terroir. In the mouth, a frank attack which confirms the nose: fat, roundness at the start and mid-palate to finish in tension on notes of salted butter caramel. This wine is a fine definition of the terroir of Butteaux. It will wonderfully accompany your charcuterie, white fish, or even a cheese platter.
