One of the benchmark Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs, Agrapart’s Terroirs is crafted entirely from Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru vineyards across Avize, Cramant, Oger and Oiry. Vine age is central to the wine’s depth and character, with the plantings averaging more than 50 years old.

Following natural fermentation, approximately half of the wine is matured in large-format neutral oak before spending more than 36 months on lees. It is finished with a low dosage of just 3 g/L.

Terroirs represents a significant step up in intensity and refinement within the Agrapart range. The combination of old vines, exceptional Grand Cru sites and a high proportion of reserve wine delivers remarkable concentration while retaining the precision and mineral drive that define the domaine.

Expect a beautifully focused Blanc de Blancs with layers of citrus, orchard fruit, chalk, brioche and subtle toasted notes, carried by fine bubbles and a long, saline, mineral finish. Already compelling, but with the structure and depth to become even more expressive with further time in bottle.
