Sourced from Biodynamically farmed organic vineyards in the Wrattonbully region, situated in the Limestone Coast area of South Australia. Fruit was picked and sorted, then pressed off into open fermenters. Plunged daily with some time on skins to lend colour before spending time in stainless steel prior to bottling. Bottled without preservatives to ensure fresh, drink now style
