Blackberry nougat, cherry and mild chocolate with a twist of ginger and ground nutmeg. Dark cherry and vanilla bean with structural layers of coffee, cardamom and mace. A fresh line of acidity and a ‘chewy’ tannin structure highlights the length and persistence this wine has to offer.
