As the brand does not own vineyards, fruit selection and farming are handled by its winemaking partners across the sourcing regions, with the emphasis on bright, red-fruited base material suited to a light, off-dry alcohol-free style.

The base wine is made from a rose blend, fermented in a fresh, aromatic style before the alcohol is removed by a gentle dealcoholisation process such as vacuum distillation or spinning-cone technology, which strips alcohol at low temperature to protect aroma. The wine is then lightly carbonated and balanced with a touch of sweetness to give an off-dry, sparkling finish under 0.5% alcohol. This is a tank-based, technology-led production rather than a traditional-method sparkling, designed to deliver the red-berry fruit and soft mousse of a sparkling rose without the alcohol.
