Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse. The aroma is red apple, citrus and brioche with subtle toast and mineral notes. The palate is medium-bodied, delivering fruit of red apple and lemon supported by bright acidity and a fine, creamy bead. Layers of brioche and subtle toast add depth through the mid-palate, finishing long, dry and elegant. Its structure and finesse are standout.

Strawberries, together with citrus notes and toasted bread. Medium-sized bubbles, crisp acidity, medium body and a very good finish of chalky minerality and strawberries. 100% pinot noir.
