Deep crimson with brick red hue. Aromatic and immediately expressive, showing classic Moonambel characters of blackcurrant, cassis and dark cherry, supported by bay leaf, graphite, dried herbs and subtle cedar spice. The palate is medium-bodied and poised, delivering pure black fruit framed by savoury complexity, leather, spice and well-resolved oak. Fine, polished tannins provide structure without weight, leading to a clean, balanced and composed finish. Focused and regional in expression, this Cabernet shows clarity, restraint and harmony. A serious Cabernet Sauvignon with commanding presence.

Sweetly fruited with bottle-matured complexity, the wine shows dark berry, smoked meat, dried mushroom, star anise, and roasted nut aromas on the nose. The palate displays excellent weight, silky flow, and finely integrated tannins, finishing splendidly long and soothing.

Deep red colour, with a subtle purple tint. It smells of blackberry, cassis and vanilla, the palate elegantly-weighted and nicely balanced, with ample soft tannins and lots of mulberry fruit flavour. A stylish cabernet, softer and less formidable than they used to be. But still ageworthy.
