Tasting Notes
Mario and Madeleine continue to be amazed by the longevity of the Grazia. The 2016 vintage is no exception. With a touch of primary fruit giving way to savoury complexity, there is a freshness and elegance in this vintage that is most enticing. On the nose white blossom is accompanied by savoury notes of almond and struck match, followed by a layered palate of citrus, creamy richness and of course the lively and persistent acidity that characterises the Alpine Valleys fruit and northern Italian varieties more broadly.
