As expected from our Pinot Grigio, there’s plenty of fresh, just-ripe pear, layered with heady jasmine, a touch of ginger, and a hint of sumac, giving us gorgeous,exotic, and fragrant characters. This is spot on Pinot Grigio, with the palate matching its aromatics of delicious apple and pear fruit flavours, followed by ginger and spice. A luscious apple and pear crumble. Richly textured with balanced fruit sweetness and refreshing acidity drive the palate with a nice bit of crunch and a pleasant dry finish.
