International Shipping

International Deliveries

We offer air-freight delivery of wine direct to your door in many countries worldwide. All international shipments are professionally packed in protective polystyrene boxes to ensure insulation and safety during transit.

We can ship up to 99 litres per order, equivalent to 11 dozen (750mL) bottles. Please note that freight rates below apply to 750mL bottles only — accessories or non-standard packaging may incur additional charges.

Important: We cannot ship spirits, liqueurs, or beer internationally.

All charges are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Australian GST Rebates

If you are browsing our website from overseas, please set your shipping address to an international destination. This price on the website includes Australian GST and this along with WET tax can be rebated on export. In order to qualify for WET and GST refunds we must valid export through United Cellars shippers. 

While most export prices are around 10% lower than local pricing, this varies across products and we are unable to provide a specific breakdown of individual tax savings.

WET is 29% and GST in Australia is 10%

Please note: you be liable for any duties or taxes in the country of import. So please be aware of these costs as they are not included in our pricing.

Insurance

All international orders are subject to a mandatory insurance surcharge of 1.5%, covering loss or damage in transit.

Tracking and Dispatch

Every international shipment includes tracking. Once dispatched, we’ll email your consignment number and courier details.

Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch. Shipping delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.
