818 Tequila Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave at the family-owned NOM 1607 distillery in Amatitán, Jalisco. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in traditional stone ovens for over 30 hours, crushed in a stone Tahona wheel, naturally fermented in open tanks for over 40 hours, and double-distilled in copper alembic pot stills. The Reposado is then rested in American oak barrels for two months — long enough to add a soft layer of vanilla, caramel, and gentle wood character to the bright, herbaceous Blue Agave base, without the deeper wood influence of the Añejo expression. The result is a versatile, lightly wooded tequila that retains fresh agave aromatics alongside subtle sweetness. Bottled at 40% ABV.
