Generous Gin is produced using high-precision distillation in small copper pot stills, a method that maximises the aromatic contribution of each individual botanical. The Organic expression carries the botanicals of juniper, citrus, mandarin, red pepper, combava (Makrut lime leaf), and coriander — assembled in a carefully balanced blend. Some botanicals are separately macerated; others are distilled directly, then the components are blended ('assembled') before bottling at 44% ABV. This 'assemblage' technique, borrowed from French wine and cognac tradition, is designed to allow each botanical to express its purest character rather than blending pre-distillation. Bottled without chill filtration at natural colour.
