The base botanical bill — 100% certified organic Mediterranean juniper, American citrus peel, angelica root, and coriander — is complemented by the addition of elderflower, which introduces a delicate floral sweetness and aromatic complexity. The elderflower integrates with the citrus-forward character of the base gin, creating a lighter, more fragrant expression designed for warm-weather serves.
