Description
"A mellow, burnished gold — softer in hue and in character. The nose is fragrant, but more restrained than its green sibling. Chamomile, saffron, honeycomb, dried citrus peel. There’s a floral sweetness here — gentler, more reflective.
On the palate, the herbal hit is still present, but rounder, more polished. Sweet spices, angelica root, warm honey and coriander seed glide gently across the tongue. It carries a warmth, but not a burn. Everything moves slowly and deliberately. A gentle bitter note emerges late — wormwood, maybe — but it's cushioned by vanilla and soft spice.
The finish is floral, long, and just a little nostalgic.
In summary: Yellow Chartreuse is the older sibling who studied philosophy and herbalism. Calmer, warmer, but still full of quiet power."
