      Elena’s passion for winemaking began in her native Bulgaria, where she developed her skills from a young age, translating tastings and building her wine vocabulary before making her first wine at 16.

      Today, she applies her expertise across South Australia’s premium regions, such as Adelaide Hills, Eden Valley, McLaren Vale, Barossa, and Coonawarra, crafting densely packed wines that are bright, transparent, and marked by a sensitive approach to oak.
