Yields are kept low to ensure concentration, and the wine is fermented and aged in a mix of Dagueneau’s unique cigar-shaped barrels and neutral glass Wineglobes, which help reduce the need for added sulphur. The result is a wine of depth and precision that often needs five to ten years to fully open up.
