The Collet family have farmed the vineyards of Chablis since 1792
Montmains will be at its best after 3 to 4 years in the bottle.

Description
Chablis 1er Cru ‘Montmains’ Jean Collet is a generous and open wine with lovely white flower notes, citrus and tangy notes. There is a characteristic oyster shell note along with crisp acidity followed by more generous fruit on the mid palate. The wine is open and delicious but will benefit from a few more years ageing if you have the patience.
