Eden Mill Golf Gin is distilled at the Eden Mill Distillery in Guardbridge, Fife, using a botanical selection chosen to evoke the sensory landscape of the coastal golf courses of St Andrews. The key botanicals are kombu seaweed, harvested from the Fife coastline, together with Scottish heather, lavender, and pine — alongside a traditional juniper-led base and supporting botanicals including coriander. The seaweed contributes a distinctive salinity and coastal minerality, the pine brings resinous freshness, and the heather and lavender add floral depth. The gin is distilled in small batches and bottled at 42% ABV.

Eden Mill Distillery is located in Guardbridge, Fife, on the eastern coast of Scotland — approximately three miles north-west of the home of golf, St Andrews. The distillery occupies the site of a former papermill on the banks of the River Eden and began producing gin and whisky from 2012, as one of Scotland's first combined craft gin and whisky distilleries. The Golf Gin is Eden Mill's tribute to St Andrews and to the coastal landscape of the Fife coastline — the windswept fairways, heathered rough, and salt-kissed air of one of the most historically significant golf regions in the world. Eden Mill moved to a new distillery on the historic St Andrews campus in 2018.
